Quest problem - Buff 3 coal mines

Quest - Buff 3 coal mines
Buff 3 from my coal mines Quest is not finished
Buff 3 from friends Coal mines - same
is there bug or i miss the point of this quest ?

It worked for me even if I have only 2 coal mines :) I threw fish platters on two of the mines, then after 30 min put another fish platter on one mine and that's it!

Doesnt work for me ive buffed them twice once with platters and once with Baskets no result

similar problem here:

quest - buy 10 gold ore from other players, sell 10 gold ore to other players.

have done this 3 times and still wont complete.

Wondering if everybody in the guild has to complete the previous days guild quest before today's will complete, even though this particular one is a personal guild quest?

Buffing worked for me, but it counted only when I buffed myself.
Selling things, did not work the first time, but when I repeated it, it was recognized.

i dont have coal mines rather hard to buff
