getting kicked out of the game

is anyone else having the problem of being kicked out of the game all the time? i get kicked out of the game at least every half an hour sometimes more.
and is there a way to fix it?

Oh Linzy, I was looking to answer your other question, but I can't find where Sinister moved it to.
Turning off the hardware acceleration is fine, it won't harm your computer in any way.
