Yesterday (Saturday) i lost so many troops while blocking in Son of the field.. even got intercepted 2 time's without notice (no sound, and the vet was onscreen going past the camp... then suddenly ....15 sec later he is returning to base.. lost all troops and was intercepted by first camp he walks way past the first time).... and kicked out 12 times.. while in the middle of blocking... loosing again... all my troops... I'm also a paying supporter but the lagg and booting never ever has been so bad like this.....

its ok that you misjudge the new player loads on the server-base But.. that can happen right. its not okay to just let it happen... Stop new players from getting in protect your loyal customers.. and redirect new player to test servers so they can test the game out and see if they like it.. and do say sorry to them but that you are working on the problem and that they will get in the que for the life server as soon as there is space(server-power) to do so>

Now you have done 2 things,
your old players know you do everything to protect them from lagg even if there is still lagg You try to stop it by putting more hardware and a new user logon stop. you working on it! protect your loyal players that play every day or week, they are here on the forums they make this game so great..
And by loyal i'n not suggesting paying players, but all that invest in this game by playing and loving it.

and you got the new player on the test servers, giving you a user-load on the test servers to test tings-out and estimate the extra capacity you will need to let the new player on the LIFE-SERVERS

Not only that but in addition on the queue that you are going to implement make a DISTINCTION between p2p and f2p... Give priority ALWAYS to the player that are p2p over the f2p. Most games are doing that, and it is the logical thing to do from a business perspective.

there is no p2p in this game- so unless they bring in monthly sub fees thats not possible

The only pay is buy gems which can be used over a short or long period of time so dunno how you want to make the distinction serverside on who bought gems and who didnt and how to give em priority and for how long etc

Simple and fairly...it does not matter if u bought 1k or 1mil gems if u did you are p2p and should have priority over the free riders. I am not saying that he more u buy the highest in the list u will be to enter the server first.

i DON'T think that paying customers have to be better than non paying players... what it is about is active players... i mean well do i need to explain really?
99 euro means something diff. to you then to me.. so ? no its not the right way to select.. look beyond your one situation and you know why..

No it has to be about the effort a player putt's into the game... be on the forum.. be in a guild... friends count... online playing time.. pfft there are a Mill join or bazillion way's to detect active players .. don't worry about that... :) and realy it's not the paying customers that make's this game... its the hole thing! ...
that means (again) all active players :) .... and To be clear.. not john-dow who as payed 99 euro's last month but is not online any more ...
