Flash / Crash

This has only started happening since last update and it can happen anytime from doing nothing. Basically all the players in my friends list start flashing really quickly and everything else has frozen, only way out is a refresh.

Also everytime I log in I keep getting "new quest" for something I have acknowledged the first day it was there!!!
