a complett disaster the last update
It is almost impossebel to log in today on the europe english server
i totaly agree
it says this to me
Connection failed

Instead of moderators locking threads that are bringing to the fore the frustration we feel, how about actually taking the time to truthfully explain why the issues exist and listen to the players who are so dissatisfied at not being able to play. Take a look at the comments on the Facebook page to see how annoyed we are at not being to play.

Can't log in either. What is going on? This seems to be becoming a daily feature. I'm in danger of missing my dailies. As for keeping things buffed, forget it.
Can't log in, seems to be daily problem now beyond a joke
5 hours and nothing... I have bought gems on this game and you are preventing me from using the goods i have purchased.... Fix it or refund me.
5 of my guild have members have E-mailed me to say they have tried all evening to log in and have had no success. Two months ago, the worst complaint we had was the lag on adventures if more than one person involved. Now we cannot even get past a log in page. And when we do, we get constant Flash player freezes. All we get back is to empty the cache and ensure we have the latest versions installed. Well newsflash yes we have all done that. So please just shut down the game and do the proper maintenance NOW, and not wait till Thursday morning for the routine maintenance to disappoint us all even further.

Same here, lets me login but soon as i click play "Connection failed" etc
I too have had extreme difficulty logging in. I have had this for mor than a week now! I get ERROR "try refreshing the page" It only happens from my home PC not my work PC. SO frustrating!!
complete disaster yesterday. Could not log in all day. Now I lost my 7 days gem reward.
I couldn't log in yesterday evening too in the European server :(

The log in issue is the team's top priority right now. I understand how frustrating this can be.
We should get some updates this week and hopefully get a quick fix.

I clicked on Play Now and was told "No current version of FlashT is installed on your PC. Please install the latest version of FlashT:", I clicked on Flash instillation * got this message from Adobe, "Your Chromebook already includes the latest Adobe® Flash® Player built-in containing all known security fixes. It will automatically update when new versions of Flash Player are available."
Any one else had this problem?
For the past week or so it takes me about 4 hours to login every time (either TSO homepage wont even load up, or i get TSO maintenance page), and when i finally am playing and decide to log out for an hour or 2 the same thing happens again (takes another 4 hours to login). This has been happening practically every day. The compensation everyone got from TSO team (mine refills etc) is hardly worth it compared to all the loss of resources because we cant login to refill farms, wells, send out geologist and build mines, etc. I'm getting so frustrated i don't even feel like playing any more. I'm sure i'm not the only one that feels this way. Its about time these problems were resolved, OR GIVE EVERYONE SOME SERIOUS COMPENSATION TSO TEAM
I also get the connection failed message.
I honestly wonder if they run the game, homepage and forums on the same server, because sometimes it is next to impossible to get in on either. :/
if you paid attention- there is emergency maintenance running atm which ofc makes you unable to log in now

Do you know what time it is now? Maintenance should be well over by now... I dont have all day to rebuild stuff and finish daily quests... This is going beyond outrageous...
stop whining- emergency maintenance is exactly that- emergency- which means timespan can have more variation than normal and you do also have to take timezone difference into account- all messages are posted in GMT and servers are up atm as well

Well actually ambandil the emergency maintenance is now over, according to the log in page, but there's still no way of logging in, just keep getting the "Connection Failed" page.
I thought Bigpoint were bad, but this lot seem to be worse !
Can you please undo the last update. Before that it worked well (for me).

Same issue, i get the first log on of the day no problem, but when i come back a few hours later i cannot log in, i get either, looped back to the homepage, a general error or maintenance. takes ages to load the forum too. lets hope the compensation generously mirrors our frustration and loss of resources

So there was some urgent maintenance done today to fix the issue.

Spend 5 min of your time and read through some posts, BB has replied so many times on this topic I lost count, what exactly do you want them to tell you?
"yes we are aware of the problem, the truck bringing us the new hardware is a little delayed the driver is taking a tea break"
or
"yes we know about this problem, but the IT tech has a splinter in his finger and its going to take 5 more min to fix"
They are completely and utterly aware of this matter, do you think they are not? You just said you wont buy gems on a Beta, good for you, but do you honestly think the players that are buying gems are just being ignored by BB? Get a little bit of perspective, BB is fully aware of the fact that if this isn't fixed ASAP ASAPPPPPP they will lose a lot of players which in turn is there income which in turn is there salaries.
Be open minded, this complaining is incredible, yes, I had to turn off my gold production completely because I cant log on at all, yes I have bought tons and tons of gems in the past, but it doesn't take a high school diploma to figure it out that BB knows this is there very very VERY top priority, I wouldn't be sup-prized if the CEO of BB is standing in the server room with a wipe knocking the staff to hurry up and fix this because his losing money...
Calm down and try to adjust rather than rage with no end.

For almost a week it is this situation everyday and no explanation about anything.Everyday we have few hours unable to play,last week BB gave us some "compensation" for the troubles in 1 day,I'm not asking for compensation but I'm asking and about this last few days???We lose time on adventures,we lose mines that run empty while you we can't log in,we can't buff our buildings...we are losing to much in production,troops that we can't train,trades we could do but we are not on the game.
Today I check FaceBook page because once more can't log in to the game,and I saw a post about maintenance done more than 1 hour ago,but I still see that "maintenance complete" on homepage and at the same time it shows that the server it is on maintenance.Obsiously you don't even know if you are doing maintenance or not!!!I'm really tired of this!!!
My gold smelters are running at a lost right now. This game has become really risky. I hope they will compensate up somehow.

Feels like i have wasted 2 hours of my life since 4pm trying to login... One step further in the last 15 mins, it logged in, but still cant click "play now" without a connection problem.
From bad to worse in the last few weeks... is there any good news on the horizon bluebyte?

I can't log-in either.
Perhaps they just want to have the game all by themselves. I am very close to quit the game since it allways have this lagging problems and problem by logging in.
As any other vendor that uses Flash Player, they are having problems. Any Flash Player should have a warning so we could stay of that [censored] .

our guild VOC has 85 active members, but half of it cant come online last days, when they come online server kicks them out and it takes hours to come back online or some cant come online at all!
I've been trying all day to log in. I already broke my log in streak because I couldn't log in yesterday. I hate to say this, but this game is really beginning to [censored]. So sick of seeing

Good for you. For 4 hours I saw only "General Error" message. Finally somehow I managed to login and now... "Connection failed". Heh.

Day after Day after day,daily rewards missed plus unable to build. I am in the middle of a quest. Wonder what compo will be maybe 200 marble . Great way to lose players who enjoy this game but need to offer value for money as well as a good in game experience. Sorry to say that is not what is going on at the moment:o

7 hours so far and still not on this game is a farce cant wait till 6thdec to see how meny games are returned as faultly cant get on
or are there just mucking players about to get cash of the next lot, seems if you have bought gems you get on if not wait till morning

And about login rewards... Unfortunatelly you will have to start from day 1. Tomorrow as it doesnt count you first login after that.
Game is still messed. Second day of complete service failure. Can't play the game if you can't log on. Plenty of other places I can go and spend my £0.00.

Your telling us something we already know and have known for several weeks - what is wrong with your technical team?
If theirs an issue with my ISP, it's fixed within 24 hours, so why on earth are we not afforded the same type of service.
You must have realised from the get go, you were onto a winner with these online browser games and I would have thought that setting up a stable infrastructure would have been paramount from the beginning.
It's no good fobbing us off with your off the cuff excuses, we need action now, seeing is believing.
So come on guys, pull finger and get your act together please.

Yesterday's maintenance brough problems I haven't had before. Couldn't even log into the game at all, even though I tried all evening.
