Adventure is unavailable - making the game crash

I started the adventure "Witch Of The Swamp" yesterday and now I can neither enter the adventure zone, cancel the adventure nor getting my generals back. When I try to cancel or visit the adventure zone I get this message "An error was detected on this zone. Please try again." (Screenshot: http://prntscr.com/kz9v2)

Help is much appreciated!


(And yes, I've restarted my cpu, deleted cookies, cleared my browsers cache and history several times).

Mail support, this is a known issue and there is no definite fix for all of these, as quite often it has been caused by something getting corrupted, and leaves the game in a perilous state.

The adventures works now and has been cancelled.
But now it seems that my Veteran General has vanished and also 110 elite soldiers (or so) has gone missing too (the V-General and those troops couldn't be found/seen on either Home Island or Adventure Island before I cancelled the WotS-adventure).

Ticket to support has been sent again.
