Can someone help me regarding the Quest named "The Battle" because i have met all the conditions to unlock the quest but it is still locked..

You HAVE to be level 15 to complete that quest, so you have a bit of a problem

Erlis, you've resurrected a post from 3½ months ago, and this 'bug' was supposedly fixed with a recent update (see the 'Bug Fixes' in this post (http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/threads/22645-Change-Logs?p=213944&viewfull=1#post213944) from 27th Feb).

If you are still having this problem in the last 3 weeks, then you may need to contact support.

I'm afraid they forgot a few quest chains, I don't think support can help him.

Let's try to compile another list of uncompletable quests due to level requirements
Please report quest chain name, quest name and level requirements, like

1) The battle, "Join the army" lvl 15-15
