server zone crashed

its saying that for a day now when i login and the page starts loading.

good thing i havnt started my adventure yesterday xD anyone know what to do about it?

lol they know how to kick you out and lock the chat but they cant reset your or solve the problem the best they can do for us is to ignore us and hope we dont care that we sent hard ernt cash on the game and we like it that dont want to go away SORT US OUT PLEASE ?????
