Coal Mine Upgrade Bug

Hi all,

I'm 100% sure I upgraded 3 coal mines earlier - my tools are certainly well depleted - but the mines did not upgrade. Is there anyway I can avoid this in future? I had paused the mines before the upgrade as I wasn't ready to buff them; is there a known bug like this? I tried refreshing but they were still level 1. I did close my browser < a minute after doing so - is the lag currently that bad?

I have noticed similar things with wells in the past.

Just had the same thing happen on a recycling plant, lost 500GC 1000 marble and a day, I want 2700 gems for an instant upgrade please, bug report sent
