Merchant all grey!!

Why is my merchant all grey when I have enough funds to buy things?

I had similar. It was because I had a quest highlighted asking me to buy tools from the merchant - costing 55 crystals with a reward of 75 crystals I think. Check to see if the tools are available when all else is greyed out - if not its probably that. I'd also go to quests and check you were not highlighting that quest though.

As above in this thread it's probably due to you having a Quest that involved buying something with gems.

Check your Quest list and click each one and see if you have a quest to buy tools or settlers from the store. If you do follow it and it will make the store accessible again.

i tried to contact the operaters for a month with no response, eventually I found this thread,

n my shop i had only one option to buy anything, TOOLS i didn't need any tools why should i buy more with my gems, when i did rest of merchant became available

You waited a month and didn't even look through your quest book once?

Rule Number 1 - do your quests.

And you didn't think to ask in help chat, either?
