Group Invites Problem

Hi

I am inviting members of my guild to our forum group page and I am unable to send invites to a couple of them. I get the message 'this player is not allowed to join groups'

Does anyone know what the problem is and how we can fix it ?

Their age could be a problem.
Certain areas of the forum are closed off to youngsters.

Sometimes they need to get their Emails verified/validated. (The email they got when they first joined settlers had a link).

how can folk get their email authenticated/verified at a later date if they did not do it at the start?:confused:

and will/do any of these problems also apply to restricting folk to what they can view or post on group-forum pages ?:confused:

Hey Dunjai, if they missed the first email (and have double checked their inbox/spam/etc. with no luck) choosing 'My Profile' from either the homepage or the Gems+ window in-game, then 'Newsletter Setting' should bring up a 'resend link' link, that will send another validation email to their regular account (again, don't forget to check spam etc.) and should sort most Forum difficulties. I don't know about Groups specifically, I'm not in any. Hope that helps a bit. :)
