An 'unbuildable' lamp

I have this 'funny' lamp: I can't build it and I can't remove it from Star-menu.
Well, not quite right: I can build it, but it is torn down and pops up in Star-menu after a couple of minutes.
If I remove it from Star-menu, it stays away for 2 to 3 mins (then it's back).

This has been going on for 3 days now...

Anyone, what to do? I'm getting awfully tired of that bloody lamp. Bet you, if I sold it to someone, it would just return...

Are you trying to put it really close to another building or trees,I had this problem with snowmen,they would build,once built they magically appeared back in my Star Menu,took lots of different positioning to actually make them stay in place

I have been trying out in the open field. No trees or other obstcles anywhere near...

I wonder if it's related to the 'attackable' lamp in the Xmas adventure? ;)
