I play normal at home from my PC, but when I come to work and try to open login page I get this:

I am not sure what to do, and btw I do not have any restrictions from my Administrator

There are other software's that can block you access. You can't ask you boss, I know, but you should have a server or something you can look at.

I don't think there are any restrictions, we can normaly go to FB, Youtube, even download torrents

doubt this is a game bug- more a setup at work, maybe you use a proxy server at work and net traffic slows down - if possible, try another browser

Mozilla FF, IE 9, Chrome ... same thing all the time :(

must be a network setup issue at work then, maybe blocked ports, firewall or something that interferes with connection to BB servers

The screen appearing like that happens to us all at times, usually when there are problems connecting to the server (timeouts and resets).
Most likely that your work connection is extremely busy. It can sometimes come up if Java has got in a bit of a state, so if you have reinstalled that and Flash, and of course made sure that cache has been cleared, then the network connection is the most likely suspect.

.. and we wonder why the world economy is going down the pan

You're supposed to be at work to work, not play games!

This looks like it is a Java/Flash error on the webpage. Try getting the techs to download them onto the PC. And then test it. the other option is on the settings of Internet exporer to reset all back to default. Be careful tho as work might use proxy address so make a note first.

Think the above is a CSS loading error, most sites tend to load the CSS from another subdomain, bit technical, but could be company blocking the CSS subdomain but not the standard domain you're getting the "content" from, best speak to your system administrator at work, if they're cool with you doing it at work!
