Is there any tech support in this game?

Am I the only one that never get my game fixed or any sort of sensible answer when they contact support? How long would you say was a reasonable time to fix a problem? 2 or 3 days? 1 week? 2 weeks? Well I'm into week 3 with no game and no reason why its taking so long, my guess is no one is even working on it, I know they say its beta but if it can't be fixed then I think a refund would be in order, I've spent over 10 months playing this game and a lot of money only to find I may have wasted both!:mad:
