Happy Birthday & Newsletters

I, like quite a few others it seems, have not received the newsletter, and looking back through my e-mails I have not received the newsletter for many months :(

I've double checked my profile to make sure I'm subscribed to it which I am:

And because I log in via Facebook, I've checked those settings too:

The e-mail address is correct and I've checked all spam folders - nothing received :(

Does anyone have a clue what's going on please?
