Are you talking about one of the ones you buy for Gems? Are you sure it didn't sell before you cancelled the trade?

varundbest10, if you still can't get it and it doesn't appear as sold in the trade history, contact support (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/help-and-support), they solved a similar problem for me like this
