As a player who just became level 50 some weeks ago I was wondering what other players who are in the same boat are doing.
Myself, have stopped doing quests which gives me XP (I got two completed, but the XP not yet cashed in in my guestbook) and slowed down very seriously in doing adventures. Normally i was doing 3 to 4 smallish per day, but now I am back to one single adventure per day just to be able to pay my buffers. I pay my buffers in granite, so I need a steady flow of incomming granite :)

So what do you?

I'm not anywhere near level 50 myself but I'm wondering, being level 50 is there much left to the game that you haven't done?

I have been checking out a lot of island from L50 players, most got their infrastructure at such an level, that there is not much to be improved. So doing the adventures for loot (granite, exologs) is a bit pointless. Also the number of resources needed to complete an adventure can be soo high that its more cost-effective to sell your Bronzeswords/Horses/bread and buy the granite....
In my case I got ALL except the expert buildings at L5 and upgrading those is not an priority.. I do have my nobles at L5 as this is more place-effective (its more expensive then buying more nobles, but you have more free land). To be realistic after you can built the Exotic Sawmill the game is over buildingwise.
Its soo much easier to get those xbows/cannons by doing adventures then producing them.

Getting those White Castles, well there are more costeffective ways, buying lootspots for instance.

Playing adventures in the past was the most effective way as you also gained xp which unlocked new buildings and troops but now that is also gone. So in my eye, adventures are a waste of resources.. That is why I asking what other players are doing...

When your island is lvl 5 - start complaining. ;-)

However - I am thinking about letting my island take care of itself - as it seems BB is having heavy problems without our complaints.
At the moment - it feels like BB is harrashing lvl 50 players - to get them to go away.

BTW - the thesettlersonline. net - took down the chat for 2 minutes in total - and then they fixed the green dot problem in the guild. Amazing - isn't it? ;-)

I've been level 43-45 for a few months, and I'm still fairly busy in the game.

I suppose if your goal/focus is on leveling, then yea, obviously no more of that once you're level 50.

My focus is the best economy i can build. I adventure purely for loot, not exp, hence i've rarely leveled.

I guess if you have a level 5 island, you're level 50, and every spare piece of land has a noble, there's nothing left to do but adventures.

Another thing to look at might be building your 'empire' bigger by taking on other players as their mentor/master/leader. Start diverting resources to them to grow/develop. When PVP comes, you'll be ready.

Iam leveling 50 since december, been slacking for months earlier did almost only witch of swamp and occasional fragshare adv in guild. By anny means do not hurry its no use and BB dosnt care for their paying clients. Buying gems to speed up things....... ehm for what purpose?

EmperorScuffy has a good suggestion: Boost your gmates tbh its all a level 50 player can do its sad but he/she is right
