Over 2 hrs now and no gems as yet, only advise i can give is the following....

If you paid via PayPal you should receive 2 order / payment confirmation emails, 1 from PayPal confirming your payment to PlaySpan and 1 from UltimatePay, both have a transaction number within them, keep these 2 emails safe in-case you need to contact support.

As yet I've still only received the PayPal Confirmation Email and nothing from UltimatePay

I have now raised a dispute with paypal and asked for my accout with settlers to be closed.

Thanks, I bought my gems then had to go out, just logged back in and wondered what on earth had happened to them :) Hope they arrive soon!
