Hi,
I suddenly started getting this issue while i was putting items from my star menu into my mayors house. Now i cannot log in at all.
Can someone help me fix this asap? I'm rather annoyed as I have some buildings running that i only have going when buffed, from other people's posts this problem can last for a week or more before someone fixes it, not to mention the free gems i'm due tomorrow!
My zone crashed almost 4 weeks ago, and its still not working, I don't have much confidence in the people who are meant to fix problems after all that time, I'm going to have to start again as it seems no one can fix it!!!!
Contact support and pray its something simple or you may end up restarting like me

They'd better not restart me as i've paid gems for this, they'd better provide me with a full refund if they don't fix it.

I doubt it, I honestly don't believe anyone even tried to fix my zone, it can't take 4 weeks for someone who knows what they're doing to find out what the problem is, I think they just run a script every night and hope that may fix some zones, but don't actually try to fix an individual zone, and I've also bought gems, over 34k, they didn't just restart my game, I told them to do so as that was the only way I will ever get to play again, and I've asked for my money back on numerous occasions but they just say they can't refund as I have no gems, hello, I used them on my zone which is dead!

My island seem to have fixed itself early this morning, so by the time the support team checked my island they couldn't find any problems.
I've sent in so many tickets its not even funny, no one can fix it, and they won't refund my money, now I can't even reset it as its asking for a password to do so and I don't have one as I use facebook to log in, they said it should reset after maintenance, but no one will answer if I need to use the reset function on my profile, or if its already been done, if its not done tomorrow I'll be asking for a refund again, how can they not refund me when they have admitted my zone can't be fixed?
There will be a maintenance upgrade tonight, hopefully that will fix the problem, I know the one last week had to be cancelled due to an IT outage. Maybe try again tomorrow morning
Same on my zone for about 1,5week, im lvl 48. They can reset me and give me back my gems, and some resources, but not all. I had almost every producing building at lvl5. But i dont know if i want to play this anymore after a reset, been spending to much time to get where i am. Ill just pray that they will fix it. Oh, my island must be a mess!
yes I got resolved problem thnax to technical team.
I would like to know what BB expects you to do when suffering this problem?
The simple answer is of course "Contact Support", but can Support fix it for you directly?
Or can you somehow fix it yourself? (by clearing browser cache, or whatever)
Or will Support add to a list of "islands to fix in the next maintenance"?
Or do you just have to wait for the next maintenance?

I've just did, no worries :)
Well, its seems the problem was in my computer. I've reinstall latest version of Java, adobe flash player, I've removed all cookies from my browser and the game works normal now. This is a suggestion to all players who have the same problem. I've figured by myself this problem, because my other friends don't have this problem.
Well the game exit again and the same problem, ok I have sent ticket to support team, hopping the problem will be solved
The support team removed error from my account in less then 5 minutes :)

Glad you and others gets the problem solved. Unfortunately nothing seems to help for my island. Its a pain to see all thoes new nice updates comming and i cant even see the disaster my island has to be now!

Yes, many times. Thats why i never bothered with the java and flash update/uninstall+reinstall that solved IgorPros map. But i also just tried that and it was no diffrence.
Hi, its me again. Updating flash and Java didnt help at all, the support team solved twice that day my problem, and now again problem occurs. I really dont understand what cause this problem on so many accounts, this can be: virus on server, bad script, or something else. But also it is strange that this occurs on my account after last maintance, and as it seems, it will be often problem. Folks, this is 3rd time with server zone crashed!!! Why??? Its not ok. Now, I have to wait for Monday, and in meanwhile everything will be destroyed on my island :(((
I am hoping for all players this problem will, and should be solved once for all.
Yeah "server zone crash" lookin at the forum thers no hope for me anymore. Contacted support and hopin they will fix it .
They will probably, but from Monday, for this weekend we can just cry and let the production die
I wish they could just remove all buildings on my island or something, and give me gems and resources.. the experience it the big pain to get back.
Not fun to put effort in this game if you can at any point, randomly, lose everything you build up..
Indeed dont think it wud be fun to experiance a year of lvl'n again. And neither wud it be much fun to see ur lvl5 mines collapsed
well i have just received this error, not sure if it is of my making. i wanted to build a guild hall, as i like the look of the building, but i was already a member of a guild, just after guild hall building started to build i got this error, any help. have lodged a ticket.
