Build a Horseman Statue and Server Zone crashed

Well I have the same problem with Zone Crash...
Just bought and build a Horseman Statue and get the message : An error has detected in this zone. Please try again

Are there any moderators just to enter and DEL this stupid statue ?!? And why YOU guys don't block the stupid statue trade when it make a zone bug ?!? What can I do to fix the problem , check that guys can't login more than 10 days. So what wait 10 days or more for 1 stupid statue build ?

Dear All,

I got the same problem after building village for my settlers. I bought it from gems.
In the answer from support I found the following: they will fix of course but just in office hours

Our Support is available between the hours of 9:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday

This condition was never seen by me until now!! Not even when I invested money in this game.
And I think the candidate of "Best Classic Browser MMO” cannot give support just in office hours!

So we can expect BB to put support in place 24 hours a day for a free to play game to cater for those like me that buy gems. I think not!
Think yourself lucky its not just 09:00 - 17:00.

Its a known bug, BB are trying to get a fix sorted for it and do run a script at 2AM GMT every day to release locked zones from this problem. Works for most people but not all.

My girlfriend recieved the same error message:( After she move her deer hut. She is in adventure ! And if her zone don't unlock until tomorrow her adventure will end and she will never be able to finish it! So please help! Is it somehow to unlock before 02:00 AM ? It's very annoyng because she doesn't have any fault!

Hi Weisforce, might I suggest your girlfriend contact Support (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/help-and-support) about this issue, also can I please ask anyone who is suffering from this issue please post in this thread (http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/threads/22140-Server-zone-crashed) instead. Should help us streamline support for the issue rather than managing multiple threads
