Server busy

Hello,

As in Topic, many players on Foundland are experiencing "Server busy" notification and it won't allow us to load adventure. Can we get official response of server status and when the issue will be resolved please?

Hi K0sh1, can I ask you contact support (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/help-and-support) with a few more details on this issue? If you can pass them as much information about it as you can that'd be helpful, such as adventure doing, the people involves and the times it was happening, this should help narrow down the variables

What kind "details" do you expect? Looking into chat page the problem is big, manu users affected including myself.

Same here, Server busy since 2 hr, cannot go in the island at all, and, if some of my friends try to visit me, they get the same error and they get logged out. Please fix this. By the way, u guys are asking us to vote this as BEST online browser game... Really? We cannot even log in.

If I get some good staff, I will not be angry for long time...Maybe even vote for Best Game ;-)

Every time something goes wrong with the game, people start rubbing their hands together and expecting 'gifts'. Personally I'd like to see BB spend less time compensating and more time ensuring these things don't happen.

BB_Ravel has been in G-1 and made some comments that I missed because I live in G-3, but there's no official response yet here on the forum? Will be be told why this happened, or even when it's fixed?

on saturday my angel statue was turned into a artesian well...(error zone auto-fix script i believe). today i have to make 2 ppl wait me finish db ETA unknown cus of issue, cmon dev's =(.

maaaaybe implementing the script when the last weekly maintenance was canceled wasnt such good idea? ;p

no cookies for dev's for next 2 weeks.... >:)

Please contact Support (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/help-and-support), they will be able to help you with this if they don't return after the normal time it takes them to travel between zones

Ive had server busy today upon accepting an invitation to Black Knights. I get it all the time with this particular adventure, and so do many of my guild...

Happens mostly when waiting for an invite or actually inviting friends

Therefore, I would say this problem is far from fixed...
