Trade succesfull but no increase in items

Hi, where can i put a complain? i've done three successful transaction in trade office but i've gain nothing instead. they did minus off my items/golds but i didnt receive the payment.

You have to contact support, provide them approximate time of trade and all details. Hopefully they can check it in logs.
