It's now almost been a month since i originally spoke to support about the fact we have not received a new guild quest

Hello

We completed our outstanding guild quest on Saturday in the early AM yet its
now Sunday AM after the daily quest has arrived and we've still not recieved
a new guild quest.

Usually if you've completed the outstanding one it shows up when the daily
quest does (work nights so i'm usually online when they are issued) but thats
not happened tonight and from speaking to other people in other guilds they
are having a similar problem

Its now 03/02/2013 when are these going to work again and when are we going to receive the compensation we deserve for not being able to complete the one tangible reward of being in a guild? An entire month were we could have earned some guild coins every day is now gone so we've missed out on getting jolly geo's before they are removed and the amount of res we could have earnt from triple buffs is staggering

This is not our fault and we shouldnt suffer for your mistake.

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch.

We had quite a few reports on the quest log issues, including missing guild quests, and unfortunately here on support all we can do is report the issue to the Devs.
They are investigating the issue and we hope to come with a solution as soon as possible.
Some of those issues have been fixed during the last maintenance, and we are hope that more will come soon.
In the meantime we apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you for your patience in this matter.

So please do not come along with another "we are looking at it and will get back to you" since you've already meant to have been doing that for a month, what progress has been made in the time we've patiently been waiting? how much longer is a fix going to take?

By now surely you have some idea of what the problem is and how much longer it will take since you've been looking at this for a month

Hey EternalPink, as soon as there are any updates on the situation I'm sure it will be posted in here, the Devs are working on the issue so hopefully we will have a reply soon.

Sadly there is nothing we can do from the forum here

We have had a total of 3 Guild Quests since before christmas...complete joke

I would doubt it since they would be on a repeating (maybe randomised as well) pattern since when they were working i would often see quests i'd completed before

I have shown my dissapointment about this matter in the medium of dance (this can be seen on you tube, cert 18, may contain scenes of immense sorrow)....... sort it out.....please....ta

And another person still waiting for some action. I do feel sorry for my guild mates who were saving up for a jolly geologist. It was actually the most useful item in the guild store (albeit somewhat expensive). Now that that will be replaced guild mates have had no chance to gets theirs. 5 weeks of guild coins @ 64 coins (8 personal, 56 guild) equals 2240 coins they are missing out on. Since quite a few of us already have a jolly we probably would have been able to get everyone in the guild a jolly before they disappeared. Shame really

could i sugest lock all guild quests til this is sorted? doesnt seem fair that some guilds get them and some dont.

I really hate your idea IMarduk, but the more I think about it, the more I have to agree. Why should others profit from something not everyone has access to?

It would make it fair to everybody but disabling new content rather than fixing new content (guild quests are only a few months old, its borderline now on whether they've been broken for longer than they were functional for us) seems a step backwards, we know from the give aways/events etc that BB have ways of getting items to players so i don't see why BB could not just set up a voucher we could claim on until they fix so players with broken guild quests arent handicapped.

Personally if i was in BB shoes i'd have set that up as soon as i realised that we were not going to fix this within a week...

So?? Whats the point? It won't get fixed anyway. Lets llook at the guild light, which took AGES to get working and stopped working after they removed the xmast event and then again it took severall weeks before they repaired it. BB got a lowsy track record of fixing bugs. So, I think its better if everyone in a guild that meets the criteria has an guild quest or nobody has it. The current situation is unfair.

Well,not every guild have this problem,some just don't get those quest for some time while others are getting every day what it is totally unacceptable.
My guild had the quest every day till today,they are gone I'm afraid.
I do make a serious question here!What are BB thinking of to do about this,what compensation are you thinking about to give to those who didn't have quests for over 1 month???You aren't thinking of a general compensation for everyone...that would be even worse than what it is now because some guilds don't have quests for over a month while others don't have for just few days and my guild just don't have for a day,so we all can't get the same because some lost few coins while others lost huge amounts of coins resources that could be produced with those buffs but weren't because the Devs cause this mess,jollys that ppl can't buy,etc while others didn't lose a single coin...

The information that we have is that the guild quest issues should be fixed after the major content update patch.

A bug fix for guild quests that cannot be completed is in development, too.

My ticket was for *vanished* Guild Quests so *fingers crossed*

I know it doesn't address the Guild Coins issue but it's a start.

Our guild has the same problem: No guild quests for over 1month :(
Please do something, is not fair that some people do them and make money and us , we lose resources or money in the process of buying guild coins

issues that seem to influence guidl quest popping are
inactive guildleader
relative big numbers of people leaving guild
too many inactives getting u below threshold for guildquest

dunno if any of these issues are at play here and/or if there are even more issues with quests not popping

None of these seem to have been the issue for us. Granted we are a smaller guild, but we were completing just about every day, so enough active players. No one had left the guild plus our guild leader is active and yet getting close to 5 weeks of no quests now

for feed back there is test server, thats what it there for, this issue is severely unbalancing tso market on guild coins, because ppl know alot others cant earn any, prices went up alot, why only some can earn there jolly geo's or building slot and others need buy? it should have been "paused" along time ago, i never expected this to go on for so long

Are there still guilds that suffer from this problem since the game update on 28 February 2013?

I started a poll here and while there are only 7 voters :(, 3 of them voted "None of the above", which would mean that they do not consider this "Not receiving new guild quest"-issue fixed.
