tearing down exhasted mines never regain building licence

As the title explain when i tear down an exhausted mine my building licence never increase , when i build an other one it decrease
i did not try other buildings
Is that normal ? if not how to solve ?

That isn't normal, try reloading the game and see if your licence comes back, that normally solves issues like this

Actually, that is normal. The License comes back when the Mine empties, not when the ruined shell is demolished. If you're offline when this happens it can be very easy to overlook.

If you demolish a Mine when it still has a few Ore left you should see the License reappear and get back some of the resources used to build the Mine. That said, "refresh" really is your best friend in this game, it will cure many and many a small bug.

Well it doesn't for me had 5 licences, mine empty, mine demolished,still 5 licences,refreshed and hey still 5 licences !!!

Which mine is it, as marble mines etc don't have a licence anyway, its only when you place a building on the mine that it uses a licence for coal, copper and iron mines, if its stone or marble mines they don't use licenses anyway, hope this clears it up a little.

Yeah coal,copper,gold and iron when it gets depleted I don't get a licence back I've been tearing these mines down at between 10-25 and then i get the licence back but not otherwise if that makes sense !!!!

My mistake left a few mines last night they were dead this morning and I had 3 licences back !!!!

Have the same problem - dont get licences back - I dont have many and pays a lot of attention to the number
