Guild quest

Hi,

today my guild finished a quild quest but it keeps in the quest book so we cant do next gq now
and we get no reward so a lot of members are angry about that
please BB_ do something about that

A lot of Guilds are having problems with Quests, there are a number of threads about it and a fix is due in the coming update: http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/threads/22354-Dev-Update-Guild-quests?p=211725#post211725

However our problem is not one of the usual problems.

The guild quest is finished - all 61 required members have done their part.
But the game doesnt seem to completely register this.
It gives the sound and sparkl of a finished quest but that's it.
But it doesnt snd out the reward guild conins and activates the waiting guild quest.

In the past we have finished loads of guild quests.

Please fix it or manually send us the reward and activate the next guild quest.

I think its more like the issue 'Quest keeps re-appearing and notifying "Quest completed"' discussed in these threads (1, 2, 3, 4, 5)
In this case Support (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/help-and-support) maybe able to solve your problem.
