This appears to be a duplicate thread, can you please continue to post in this thread (http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/threads/22140-Server-zone-crashed) regarding your issue, please contact Support (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/help-and-support), also there is a script that runs at 2AM (GMT) that might help clear the issue
