'Tropical Sun' adventure?

Guides have started appearing at various locations around the web, for the adventure 'Tropical Sun'

I have no further info about it, other than a handful of maps in German and this icon: http://crazy-horses.net/images/Adv/tropical_sun2.png

Anyone know more? Such as the difficulty, time, how many players, what's with the ships, etc...

Just for the record: the last block will work, but not in the way it usually does. I mean, you'll kill the bandit leader without being intercepted, but the other camps won't disappear, because they're on independent sectors, so it's better to kill them all with the veteran and then go for the leader.

Also, you can save some R's by simulating the attacks yourself.
