New Interest Quest

I supposed that this is a bug.
This is a side quest:
"Use 1 Aunt Irma's Gift Basket(s) on your steel smelter(s)"
I've did it three times but quest is still there and I can't receive any reward for it.
Any help about it?

I did this same quest on the test server yesterday, and it worked fine...

First, check the obvious (although I'm assuming you have already done all these):

Refresh your game - this often cures different types of bugs. Try again once you've got back in.
Is this a 'waiting quest', if so, you'll need to complete another quest first
Check that you are definitely using Aunt Irma's Gift Basket, not an Exotic Basket
Check that you are definitely buffing a Steel Smelter, not a Steel Weaponsmith or Iron Smelter
Has the quest been completed, and is green in your questbook, but you need to click something to collect the reward?
If it's a subquest, check the 'parent' quest. Does the quest have a padlock over it - if so, hover over it so see restrictions.

If all the above fails, then you may need to contact Support (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/help-and-support).
