hi i haw a problem i haw move 3 of my floating residences to other place until i was upgrading them and they haw stuck and not developing any more here is a pic the residence is the floating building afcors and the one that i haw not move is OK.

Try clearing your cache, if that still doesn't help contact Support (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/help-and-support) about it and they should be able to help you

who are they ??? wath u want pic of the whole island or ??? sorry the EN is not my best language :(

i reload the page clear the cache and still the same situation :(

If a friend views your island, do they see them as completed or do they see them still building like you?

yes they see them the same as me in stuck mod :(

i try to demolish them and rebuild it but it is not giving to me to demolish them :(

from the build menu i was not able to demolish it but from the building menu i was able to there it down so i rebuild it i hawe lost 3000 hard wood and 3000 marble but i haw manage to decide the problem :)

You can find it in the Merchant for Gems at the moment, they are also in the limited offers too! So check those out before they go
