Bed of Roses Gift

Anyone else noticed the bush clearing ability of this International Womens Day gift that we received today - the bed of roses?

Put simply, we have a couple of small bushes located just outside the Mayor's House (other places too) that you are unable to build on. However, if you place a bed of roses on top of them, then move it somewhere else, voila! Bush cleared, build space available :)

Always worries me doing that sort of thing, I noticed you tend to get an extra building space when the stone deposit is gone, I built a well there on both my zones and they both crashed after sending out the geo, I don't use any decorations since I rebuilt my zone.

Just out of interest how much is a bed of roses worth ? in gold coins or platinum ore for example ? thank you.
