WARNING: Market office got bug. You will not receive goods from market office at times and you still will lose invested materials. Somehow it is associated with zone error.

Try refreshing your web browser or/and clearing its cache, sometimes a delay occurs when a transaction takes place.

If you still haven't received your goods, contact support :).
