I finished 6 times in a row bandit nest quest and did not get granite.
it is understandable that this product has disappeared from the game?
I know that in any online game manufacturers keep production under control
to rise the costs and stuff and to determine the players to buy different things with real money
but in this case it's.... to weird.

There is a 33% chance of getting granite, apparently. The probability of not getting granite in 6 attempts is (.667^6=) 8.3% so one in 12 people playing it 6 times will, like you, not get any granite.

Odds of that are .66^7 = 5.8% So 1 in 17 people playing 7 times in a row will not get granite. Bad luck but not a bug.
