I am in help a lot.

4-6 players have said they did not get the second Easter chain.

I tell them to refresh, look again, and send ticket to support if still not there.

and to post in forum, because BB does read these threads.

I have the second easter chain with name "the easter bunny assistant" and "complete the easter adventure" sabotage. However I didn't get the sabotage easter event and I cannot buy it from the merachant, because very early of the Event I saw the easter adventures, bought them all, completed all of them (and got no eggs).

@BB: Please also fix this issue! - Thanks! Update: Issue is fixed for me now - thanks!

I have no chain "the easter bunny assistant" and i am every day active.

perhaps look in star meneu for first adventure from that quest line

Have already contacted support, pretty sure I was active the day before. Not sure if this'll help but I had no side quests for most of today - although I may have completed them - not sure!

Anyway, still no Easter egg event quest thing for me yet but I have levelled up since and had more side quests.

I have contacted support since yesterday and today after maintenance again. they didnt solve anything .

They're working on a fix. I don't think it's easy to find out why this affects some people and not others. Be patient. I'm sure you'll get your quests soon.

working on a fix is fine but last time my friends mum sent her ticket in to support she got the auto answer immediately and then nothing for almost a week, and I still don't have second chain line either

Possible explanation:

same here, did Easter adventures till sabotage. I got eggs for the first adventure and for an Easter event. Then I did some other adventures for which I got no eggs.
Now I got an Easter event telling me to do one of the Easter adventures I already did, for which I got no eggs. So, I'm stuck, because I can not buy the adventure more than once. I guess we have to wait to do the Easter adventures until we are told to in an Easter event.

Ok, but it should be possible to do an Easter adventure again, but only get the eggs once. Or else it would be good if we couldn't start the adventure until the event tells us to do it.

Anyway, I told support how I got stuck and I am waiting for an answer. Will let you know.

Update:

Support confirmed that was the problem in my case.
You don't get eggs from the Easter adventures (you find them, but you can't bring them home), you get eggs as a reward for the Easter events (which often is to complete an adventure). So don't start an Easter adventure until an Easter event tells you to start one.
They sent me the missing adventures, so I could start over. That solved my problem.

Still no Easter Event for me. Not Since Monday 2 reports to support. First reply back simply said wait. I am thinking Egg Compensation.

I guess because I reached level 17 after the event had started that I have to wait the 6 days, not sure when I did get first chain now. So does that give me less time to complete them all?

Reply back and state that you haven't had your second chain and it's been more than 6 days since your last

That should let them know you have the issue, they were just asking for a confirmation of it

Same, hopefully it will be fixed soon. I need as long as possible to complete the treasure search quests, if that is the chain I get.

I never heard anything back either but I did get 2nd and 3rd, but they were a few days later than everyone else.
But now I'm worried that I'm not going to get the last one before the event ends :(

Well I never did get the 4th chain. If I write a begging letter/ticket to support am I likely to get the eggs I so much deserve?
Or if I write a rant am I more likely?

I don't think you need to beg or have a rant, just explain the situation and Support will aid you from there! Always worth reporting issues like this
