Press spacebar to repeat last action.

I accidentaly hit the spacebar and repeat last action when building tab was opened - production stopped. None of my friends know about this trick, so I hope to help the other players too.
Example to use for start/stop multiple building production:
- Click first building and then click start/stop button
- click bext building and just hit the spacebar. Repeat for next buildings.

This is very simple way to make your 20, 30 or more buildings start or stop.
Trick works for other buttons too - i.e.: scrollling friend list (click the arrow and then spacebar), but it's not so practical as start/stop.

If BB want to improve spacebar key, just bind it as a "start/stop" shortcut.

Shortcuts to build, economy, trade and star would be usefull too.

This shortcuts existed before to repeat a trade you've made using the chat. This was at the very beginning of the game. Some updates later BB deactivated this function.

Nice to hear that it's still active for other actions. :)

From what I understand it works a bit like this

The screen highlights a field, so there is always something you've "last clicked on"

When you're pressing the spacebar it's simply hitting "go" on whatever the last highlighted button was on, you can notice this if you press your tab key, it will go to the next item in order (and on mine shows up a nice blue like box!), so you can tab your way around the screen so long as the stuff you're going around is in the same sort of category

Bit technical, but hopefully shows how and why that does what it does
