I have found all the eggs, but egg 6 did not register and so, I am unable to complete the adventure its stuck.

Try a refresh, that normally helps with a lot of issues like that

If you haven't already purchased your spare from the Merchant you can cancel, buy the adventure from the Merchant and start the adventure again. If you have, contact Support (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/help-and-support)and they should be able to help you with it

Same here.
But worse, my military units seem to have disappeared. They are still counting in my population number, tough I can't find them anywhere.

No. I mean the ones I sent to hunt the eggs.
I can only see the ones made after I sent those.
Like, I sent some 130 units to hunt the eggs. And I have made some other 90 after that.
My total military units are 220, though I can only actually see these 90.

You don't need to send an army to hunt eggs. Once you've found the 10 eggs and completed it, the general will return to your island with your troops (30 minutes).

That's right.
He should. But he didn't.
I sent him back. The garisson is back. But not the troops.
When I sent him I was not sure whether I should send the troops, so I sent them anyways.
But they apparently liked there, 'cause only the general came back.

Have you looked in your star menu? Are they coming back as troop transport?

They're nowhere. I've tried to find them in every possible place, even twice, trice or more.
