View Full Version : Why the Happy Hour difference?
The American servers had their gem happy hour yesterday. They got 100% extra gems.
We only get 50% extra.
Why are we treated as second rate to those that play on the American servers?
You are not second rate to anyone. Every region is treated equally.
50% and 100% ekstra is equal. Weird math that.....

The difference is that us server had 100% for some hours and this server gets 50% for over 24 hours... Might be the reason why Mod_Daz sayt its equal... buy 2 packs within the time frame we have and get same bonus as us server had for few hours.. only difference is that we have to pay double to get same bonus, but we can get 100% if we buy 2 of same packs....
But i agree with you... dont see the math or that its equal......
But hey who am i to judge anything...

50% and 100% are not equal.
I can name a few occasions when other servers have been given different (important) info to us.
And don't get me started on the German starter pack with Invasion of the Nords and the addition of the frozen manor, etc.

MOD_Daz can you feed that back to bluebyte please because clearly that is not true.... If all was equal then all servers/regions would get the same. Prime example German server getting items not available on our server.

Do not use profanity on the forum.

i would love to see you do the math and write it down on forum and show us that this is equal treatment of all player/servers...
I have a hard time seeing it, but as you say it is like that.. please show it to me.. :D

There are different time slots and offers for different instances. It's never the same.
It's just the way it goes, when we had the 100% offer a few weeks ago, other instances complained exactly the same way you did... so no, we are NOT second rate. This is a marketing decision. Nothing more, nothing less.

Thank you BB_Dantesama you have cleared up the gem thing which is understandable. It is like saying we all get 100% gem hours but at different times that is fine. The concern is still the German servers getting items unavailable on our servers? Is there any official response to why this is? I have sent a ticket to support to question it and am yet to get a reply. To make matters worse the items are viewable in trade yet no one has them...
Without sounding rude about your reply, you have side stepped the question...
Must admit it is a bit of a stab in the back when gems are on offer with no warning. Like a few days a ago you got 100% via text and only 20% via paypal/credit card. And not for no reason you get less for text then you do credit card :|
I check hourly on the prices when i am playing as the offers do seem to be random, and with the easter event in, and eggs selling for stupid money its a good time to buy gems.
A happy hour or some sort of in game shout would be nice when there is an offer going on.
US servers are getting another happy hour period tomorrow. Will we be getting anything anytime soon?
I think it depends on whether you are looking at that particular offer in isolation, or the marketing decisions taken as a whole. It is easy to remember the times that somewhere else looked as though they got a better deal and not as easy to remember times when you may have had the better deal. It is difficult to treat a lot of different markets in the same way for each individual offer as some things work better in one market than another, but probably over a year they all get the same amount of offers. I think this might be what BB_Dantesama is getting at in his post....
