The Support team are so nice

I Just wanted to report that i rasied an issue with support over some gems that had been lost when i purchased a time reduction and then lost server connection and the gems were still used but the timings had reverted back to their old value

I only reported this over the weekend and today i had all my gems returned, even though i did not say how many had been lost
