Preparation quest

Could someone tell me what the "Preparation" quest consists of, please? (Last in the "Upgrade older production chains" quest chain). I've looked through the guides here on the forum but I can't find an answer.

"Have 5 level 3 Noble Residence(s) in your zone." should be right. (Zone=Island)
