How many times per hour is this going to continue to show up? Immediately upon log-in, it's "waiting" for me. Then it seems that every time a new well is placed, or finishes building, it instantly re-appears. Would be nice if some of the other un-resolved quest chains would continue filling in the "blanks" that never recorded themselves as "completed".
