Looking for the grid that shows best loactions of buildings

OK folks , I know that last year I saw a grid that fits over our island and shows best building locations.

Also there was a plan of how to place buildings around storehouses.

One of the newer members of our guild was asking about these things and rather than trying to rememeber how it all goes , it'd be better if our member could read it in the original form.

Also it's being said that there's a way of getting rid of unwanted tree stumps on the island.

So that's probably 3 different requests after all.
