Missing buildings

I have the Exotic saw mill, but I don't have exotic wood cutter, same goes for titanium mine. I have the melter, but not the mine!

This isn't a bug, the game is currently designed like this, you can get those items from explorer searches or via adventure loots (or just buy them off others in trade)
