View Full Version : Can't cancel crisis quest
There is no cancel button on crisis quest. Rewards are very poor and I'd like to cancel the thing - right now I might just yield to the temptation and click and complete some of these.
Please fix the quest so the cancel button is there.
Thank you,

This is due to people on the last Crisis Quest cancelling it by mistake. There is less of an issue with it being there and someone not doing it, then someone wanting to do it but being unable to.
So we have to panda to the people who can't be trusted not to click on the X, rather than letting those of us who want to click on it be able to cancel it. Dumbing down at its very best.
Just ignore it? it will self cancel in 2 weeks anyway
I have OCD - having a quest there with enabled "complete" button that I know I should not click is a serious mental stain. It's a medical matter..
At least with OMD you only end up playing Maid of Orleans over and over, you don't accidentally delete resources. ;)
After all, I have to agree with Nobama. You should be able to cancel a crisis quest.
It contains several sub quests.
So far, I finished three sub quests which did cost me thousands of resources. But now the fourth sub quest is asking me to buff 150 of my friend's buildings.
How stupid is that, if you don't have friends? Wasting all resources for nothing.

Can't relate with you with that one - these ones in the beginning are actually rather sensible, plus one would trade buffs anyway within a guild. Takes only 2 clicks to add them as friends as well.
I believe you need a Guild House for that ;)

Not true, guild house is needed only for creating a guild. Can join one without it.
Okay, nevertheless I indicated in my profile "no friends". So it's dumb to receive a friends sub quest, without being informed of it upfront.
