View Full Version : Leave BB alone! Fallen army quest is great
Fallen army quest is great and the rewards are stunning. I have only one small request - could you add some pinewood logs to the final reward to make it even better? 10-100-1000-10000 for example - this would also stop all the wailing about the current ones.

There is no cancel button on crisis quest. Rewards are very poor and I'd like to cancel the thing - right now I might just yield to the temptation and click and complete some of these.
Please fix the quest so the cancel button is there.
Thank you,

Are you an account sharer? Seems your alter-ego disagrees

Irony, see the part about pine logs... ;)

Yep, we can see the irony, but sadly the Devs will probably only read the title. :(
In our guild, ALL of our members which should be doing the hardest version of the Event-quest, the one starting with giving away 5000 Salpeter, are ignoring it.
We did however made an bundle selling salpeter, so the quests aren't that bad :)
It would be nice to know how many actually complete it within the 2 week time limit

Well. It would be nice to know statistical information.
Like the break down of which levels got completed. Cuz I don't care to know 10000 people finished it. and it all turned out to be 10000 low levels.
It's more useful information if they revealed the full level ranges. As I suspect most people will finish the first tier. and most of the high tiers will never want to complete it.

I am level 48 and I am now on the 7th part of the quest to do SE. So well on the way. Many in my guild are doing it and the interaction between everyone is great. So overall apart from the forum which i notice has not had so many new postings lately, a positive enjoyable experience.
Hay,
I am in the second tier 36-45. I've been doing it and made some coin on the side from inflated resource prices, all in all a decent quest chain. Could it be improved? Sure it could. Would I still be playing it if I was in the higher band 46-50? maybe not. I think all in all its a learning curve for BB, constructive criticism is a good thing, I for one have a few suggestions, for example why was the first part to the quest chain along the lines of..... *welcome to the crisis quest* now wait X amount of time for 100 baskets to be created. Bit of an anti climax wouldn't you agree? No special buildings? shame, but its not worth having a tantrum about it is it :P
Peace.
I'm L46, still can't find any granite (need 30 pieces) for Crisis quest no.2 What Once Was Lost. I'm using 3 explorers (2 ordinary + one experienced), and halved his search time twice with gems. First quest I do for 24 hours, and second still wait. My explorers made about 10-12 searches total and stil find NO GRANITE. They bring gold ore, titan ore, exotic wood, saltpeters, but no granite.
Its really against odds, and I don't know how long I have to wait to complete this faze of Crisis quest. It's becoming frustrating and boring.
I hate any quest line that suddenly asks me to buff somebody else's buildings or have them buff mine.
I don't have any real friends who play this game, and I have zero interest in building a 'friends' list comprised of random strangers.
If a daily quest asks for anything like this it gets deleted immediately.
With this crisis quest I can't progress further, and I can't even delete it!
Annoying.
There are always people swapping buffs on trade, and you can remove them from your friend list after.
Don't say you can't complete what is a simple quest when the only problem is you won't.
Why am I having a go at you? Because your slightly pathetic mewling is distracting from the real problems that actually need to be resolved.
Feedback is welcome, personal attacks not. Please can we steer this back to feedback
Thanks
Thank you for your encouraging and helpful response.
You, sir, are a prime example of why my policy is as it is.
So much for community spirit, even in a discussion forum.
I will leave you to your evident problems.
Sorry peck_ed - your post appeared while I was writing mine. Had I seen it, I would have let it suffice.

I never attaked him, I attacked his feedback. It was utterly pathetic saying "I can't progress" when he could. He just wouldn't take the necessary action to complete the quest.

You have a policy of not making friends. Fine, so do I. Why, because there are too many people like you who complain they can't do something when the only problem is that they won't.
It's a game. Complete the tasks or don't. Don't complain that there's a task that you don't want to complete

I think that these event quests, although the rewards is not that good this time, is fun to do and a great addition to the game. Our guild really work(ed) well together and people help(ed) out and shar(ed) a lot this time. We have a very helpful and sharing guild anyway but this event showed how well we worked together and a great bunch of players we have in our guild. It's not just the rewards but more the satisfaction of finishing it and defenitely an improvement of the guild cohesiveness that is more important in my opinion. A common goal always connects people and this event proved it once more. I like more of these event quests!

I hate Fallen Army. It was a total waste of time. I couldn't complete it, just like Mayan Adv and Four Winds. This time SOTV was the problem. Blocks in Guide don't work, heard it might be cause of the lag issues. Either way I lost tons of troops.
Time to quit.

Ever considered teaming up with someone? It's a two player adventure so you might have been able to do it together. I think most people in my guild have either done it alone or teamed up with someone to get it done. Are you in a guild? If not you should find one (or join ours), they / we would've helped you...

Yep, I'm in a guild. Did it alone. Team work probably wouldn't work for blocks. There are 17 in SOTV. I failed from position G2. Sad I never got to try out the last block to see if team work actually works. Such is life.

Blocks are not necesarry to defeat camps. Sure, you need less troops if they work but overall it's a matter of preparation (enough weapons, settlers and brew and a drill plan --> all things your friends / guild could've have helped you out with) and a good combat sim. Good luck with it, hope you're able to beat it anyways.
