quest book problem

when i open my quest book i can see all my quest besides one 'luxury materials' and unsure how to resolve it see attached file a screen shot of what i mean
i have already refreshed the page and done the usual of clearing the cache

Attachment doesn't work.

Is it a waiting quest by any chance?
