View Full Version : Server crashing like it is going out of fashion

Server is Busy = No good for me.

I've got a Crisis Event to finish before maintenance later today. Bit hard to do that if the server keeps constantly crashing. It is affecting everyone on Northisle server according to chat. Keep having to log in then it crashes again in short order. The Mod seens to indicate that support know about this.

Is the problem getting fixed?

It's being looked at and worked on by BB at the moment, please be patient and hopefully we can resume full service again shortly

Certain players have reported improved performance, is anyone still suffering from this issue?

still cant login.
cant click on anything on main page. tried several browsers, several computers, cleared cache...

This doesn't sound like the issue we were having this morning, are you able to load the contact Support (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/help-and-support) page?

yes but I cant click everything to the left side, but nothing from the right side.
http://www.thesettlersonline.com/help-and-support/technical-faq this page opens but nothing in the center is clickable.
would appreciate if u can provide me with any support contact

Site appears okay for myself, so surprised it doesn't appear to be working for you, not sure this will be related to this mornings issue

can you log out and log in again?
to get the page were you enter the password?

I can also go into testing server and any country but European English .... when I go to European English I cant click anything
