Bought 5 Aunt Irma's Gift Baskets from Trade Office,
used 2 of them on my friends buildings and when I
came back to my Settlement I had all 5 left.

When I used the last 2 of the 5 that I "still" had nothing happened.

If you refresh this should fix the count in the star menu

It can often happen if you leave your friends island before the buff actually applies to their building, just messes up the count.
