Gem Shop - Buying Gems - Broken?

Is the ability to buy gems online broken at the moment? All the service providers are denying my transaction and some are denying it before I even get a chance to type in information (clicking moneybrokers sends me directly to denied).

And no, it's not my credit card. I called them up and they said no attempt was even made :P

Update:
If you click on the 'Visa Electron' it will take you to the MoneyBrokers site. So it looks like the links are messed up. If you are having problems try clicking randomly.

I'm also having problems - the credit card payment method appears broken.
