Missing recently produced manuscript

This morning 1 manuscript was should be done, connected around noon - and clicked to pick up in bookbinder, next think i order production of book and buffed bookbinder - was short on time and was out. Came in after few hours and i cant see no where produced manuscript - its just gone.

My guess after clicking to pickup manuscript, right after that clicked to produce book - and that somehow canceled server to add 1 manuscript to storage

your manuscript gets used to to make a book aka tome, then next in line the tome gets used to make a codex :) hope this helps
