I have killed all camps and there is no rocks. Still quest list shows that I haven't removed rocks.

I have the same problem, it's a bug and we can not continue the event.

Yes I have, cleaned cache etc. Nothing helps. This problem is well known in germain forum also

the same problem here...
rocks are gone, camps are gone but i got 2 quests with "Remove the rocks".... The second pile of rocks is not there.! :mad:
Now i let it be and let the time run out.. nothing els to do! I never cansle adventures!

Wonder now if I'll have to continue burning resources...or that this will be a bug existing for a very...very.....very long time like the Ranged Units quest.

I had same problem. I canceled Shaman, because Support not working on weekends.

This event is over for me.

I decided to continue. I'll make a print screen if I succeed to finish off the last camp, so that I can provide that I completed 'The Shaman'. I keep being an optimist, thinking that BB will solve bugs.

I was able to Finnish ... with some massive troop losses, but received as a reward some nice stuff:
10 balloons
14960 xp

and in my case moved up one level and received coins and some gems

This is probably not the best guide but it worked for me

Leave it to BB to mess EVERYTHING in this game... I am now stuck with this this stupid adventure with the rocks bug... Pecked, you tell people to send a ticket but what good will that do? My adventure runs out in a day and Support does not work in weekends and even during weekdays it takes 2-3 days for an answer, if not longer.

Now I cannot finish the event chain quest... Thank you BB for ruining my day... Am not surprised, it's one failure after another.

Wake up Damircek; there's a maintenance every week, but no bugs are being fixed.
It's clear that BB's priority is currently in making new things --> see crisis quest and anniversary event.
The fact that BB doesn't work during the weekends, while this is a 24/7 game, is only one more indication that support/bugfixing is no priority.

New things are causing new bugs, so as long as this is the priority we'll have to accept the bugs.

For those that are not able to finish the adventure.

Is it possible you only clicked one rock away, and then killed a camp in sector 2?
The other rocks might have dissappeared after you killed a camp in sector 2.

I realize this won't help you finish the adventure, but might help others to prevent it from happening. (We might get another quest to do "the shaman" in phase 2)

In any case, when doing any of the new adventures, try to keep a close watch to your questbook and finish the quests in the order they appear and before doing other things on the adventure. That way you might prevent some of these issues to occur.

BB are aware of the issue as stated in the FAQ (11) so I imagine a fix will be shortly incoming and your Support tickets will be dealt with in due course to ensure no disadvantage will come of the issue.

As we know this event and adventures were sprung on us as a surprise, so they didn't go via the official testing server. Hopefully some of the bugs that have come in as a result of that will be dealt with very shortly. As MrBranch has stated Support do not work weekends, and I image the amount of tickets they will be receiving in this busy time might cause some build up, so I can only ask that you remain patient in this time.

There is currently no haste required for completing this as the Balloons cannot currently be donated, so fingers crossed it's all cleared up before we enter phase 2 :)

peck_ed some players had a problem with server zone crash.and they were waiting for 3-5 weeks in order to re-using the game.really that is not fair.Most of us spend a lot of money in this game so we would not like to go all the empty:)support write me that they fix my problem but they didnt.I would be happy to be fixed as soon as possible because I lost a lot resource and money in the blank

You can't even cancel the chain, BB put a dummy 'X' so you would think you can cancel it :D you can't say they didn't learn from the last CQ when people complain about no 'X' to cancel the chain

What do you want stefanceltare? The only thing peck_ed can do is point out to people that they have to report their issue to support, that is the only way bb can get a valid view on how widespread the problem is, and thus how important it is to fix it.

What I want is: A game that does not break down at EVERY corner. You would think that after almost 2 years of "beta" they'd know better than to put half-finished events and stuff into this game. I also want a customer service which doesn't take 3 days or more to answer a ticket. I didn't ask any of this from peck_ed, did I? Just don't need his excuses defending BB's failures at every corner when there's nothing to defend, really!

So Finally support get back to me and yes you are right they have blamed me for attempting to exploit the game. Gave me another Shaman to do but stated that they "may not be able to send me a new one next time" Go figure

At least they got to you! I am still waiting for my ticket. How pathetic to blame the player for their OWN failures. I guess I should not be surprised after all. It's one mess after another with BB and if that's their solution then it's a big shame. It's also the last drop in a glass already spilling...

For all those who have this problem...

If you cancel the adventure, then you get stuck with the quest, and cannot proceed.

There is, however, a voucher code to give you a 'spare' Shaman adventure. You can try cancelling the broken one, and then starting a new one.

Go [HERE] (http://www.thesettlersonline.com/en/voucher) and enter the following code - you should receive a new Shaman adventure in your in-game inbox soon after:
