"The Battle" main quest

the last quest in this one is "join the army"... the conditions for it are finished "The Garrison" and "First units" and player must be lvl 15 in order to unlock this one... i done all 3 of these and yet its still locked for some reason! :confused: appreciate any help... tnx

all subquest done but not main.

i have the same issue but the first units part wont unlock completed the barracks part and am over required level
